How booking works

TTRPGCon Bengaluru 2026 runs over two days: Aug 8 and Aug 9.

Event hours are 09:30–20:00 each day.

The venue has GM/TTRPG, story, TCG, and Blood on the Clocktower tables.

Booking rules
  1. You can only book games on the days your pass covers. A 1-day pass covers only your chosen day; a 2-day pass covers both.
  2. You can book at most one GM-run TTRPG game per day.
  3. Two bookings on the same day cannot overlap in time.
  4. You cannot book a game once it is full.
  5. If a TTRPG game is full, you can join its waitlist. If someone cancels, the next eligible person is booked in automatically — check My Bookings to see if you got a seat.
  6. Story, TCG, and BotC games have no daily limit — only the pass-day and time-conflict rules apply.
How to book

Sign in with the mobile number and booking ID from your ticket. Browse games by day and type, then tap Book on any open slot.

You can cancel a booking any time from the My Bookings page to free up your slot.
